After obtaining a joint honours degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Newcastle, Lucy continued her studies with a Master’s degree in Animal Behaviour. After graduating, she worked in the corporate and leisure travel industries. In her spare time Lucy enjoys dog walking, cooking and reading.

Lucy’s organisation and client relation skills have proven invaluable in the Client Retention team at Queen’s Lane Consultants, and she enjoys catching up with our existing clients to hear about the work they have been doing and getting them booked in for future claims.
