Whilst there, he started a company exploring active noise cancellation technologies which received venture capital funding by the Ministry of Defence, the University of Oxford and the privately operated Entrepreneur First start-up programme. Whilst working and starting his own company, Frank assisted friends and colleagues with R&D Tax Credits. This laid the foundations for Queen’s Lane Consultants, which has taken its name from the location of Frank’s college at Oxford. Frank lends his skills to driving the processes within the consultancy, developing internal software to increase efficiency and thrives on the energy that arises from creating new avenues. He is constantly optimising the productivity levels of staff and improving deliverables.
